Episode appearances[]

Major appearances[]

Peep's Can[]

After Peep came out of his egg, he met Chirp and Quack and became friends. When the sun was setting, Quack says it's time to go home. Peep wasn't sure what home is so Quack said home it where you came from. Peep went back to his egg to sleep, but the wind blew most of it away. Peep was able to keep the bottom part of the egg so took it with him when he was looking for a new home. When Peep was with Newton, the part of the egg was broken into pieces by an apple so Peep had one piece from it until the wind blew it away when he was returning to the can.

Minor appearances[]

  • That's A Cat - After Peep came out of his egg, he began to explore in a flashback.
  • Bedtime Story - In the narrator's story of how Peep was born, Chirp and Quack were looking at an egg when Peep came out of it.

Trivia[]

  • Oddly, the way he is born from the egg is depicted differently in different episodes.
    • In Peep's Can, the first episode that tells of Peep's birth, it is stated that Peep came out of the egg and then met Chirp and Quack.
    • This coincides with That's A Cat, where it is told that Peep first bumped into Quack after hatching from his egg and then Chirp had fallen out of the sky.
    • In Bedtime Story, however, it is stated that Peep hatched from his egg "a few months" after Chirp had already met Quack and discovered that she wasn't a duck.
      • Additionally, none of these coincide with the theme song, in which Peep's egg rolls out of a chicken coop, causing Chirp to chase it with Quack soon following before it hatches into Peep.
